Spiritual Gifts

Get to know more about yourself

In his first letter to the Corinthian church Paul writes about Spiritual Gifts.
He says in 1 Corinthians 12:4-7:

"Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of services, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who activates all of them in everyone. To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good."

In Ephesians chapter four Paul writes, "But each of us was given grace according to the measure of Christ’s gift... The gifts he gave were that some would be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until all of us come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to maturity, to the measure of the full stature of Christ."
Have you ever wondered about the specific ways God has gifted you for the work of ministry?

Do you feel called by God to a specific purpose but aren't sure where to start or how to begin?

A Spiritual Gifts assessment is a great place to start.

Pray about your results.  Ask God they are an accurate depiction of your gifts and graces.
Sit down with a trusted friend who knows you well and ask their opinion.

Knowing our gifts can help us know where to serve.
