Set up, clean up - I've Been Meaning to Ask

Ever wonder what the person two rows up does for a living? Or if you have a hobby in common with someone in our church community? How did that family come to live in mid-Missouri? What music does she listen to? Where does he most want to travel? What pet do they have?

Join us for a potluck dinner and structured conversation to help us know one another on a deeper level.

Don't like to drive at night? We got you! Email or call the church office and we'll get you a ride.

This meal is a potluck!

Since we're getting to know each other on a deeper level, bring a dish that is meaningful to you or your absolute favorite. 
Bring a label (or fill one out on the night) to let us know why you brought that particular dish.

None food ways to contribute:
  • Set up on Friday, January 24 at 2:00 - 4 folks
  • Wash dishes - 2 folks
  • Clean Up/Break down- 3 folks

We'll cook, bake, and serve the evening meal at Loaves and Fishes on January 29, 2025.

Loaves and Fishes Sign Up



Prep Person shift is 1:30-2:45 PM. They will heat up food in the Fairview Kitchen to prepare to be transported to Loaves and Fishes Kitchen

Courier transports food the Loaves and Fishes Kitchen from the Fairview Kitchen. Food should arrive at Loaves and Fishes Kitchen at 3 PM. Best to start loading food into vehicle at 2:40-2:45 PM.

Point Person answers any questions volunteers have and makes decisions. It is best if the Point Person can stay the whole time we are there - 3:00-clean up which begins at 5 PM.

On Site Volunteers can volunteer starting at 3:00 PM. Last shift is clean up and starts around 5:00 PM.
