Your Generosity Changes Lives

Giving is a spiritual discipline, an act of worship.
We give to our church in response to the good gifts God has given us.
We are instructed in scripture to give a tenth, or a tithe, of our income to God.
At Fairview we offer three ways to give to back to God- online giving, cash or check, Electronic Fund Transfer.
See below for more information.

The Power of Generosity

At Fairview we believe in the power of generosity.
We believe that the things we do regularly are the things that have the greatest power to transform us and our community.
This is why regular giving is so important.
Regular giving reorders our lives. It puts trust of God at the core of what we do.

Where do you find yourself on the generous path?
Remember - it's not the amount that is important, it's the regular practice.
A Generous Path has been adapted from The Gathering United Methodist Church

Online Giving

Cash or Check

When we have in-person worship we collect cash and checks during our worship service.
It is not a mistake that we do this during worship.
Giving to God is an act of worship. It is an acknowledgement that all we have comes from God.
It is a way to demonstrate with our actions that we trust God.

You can mail in your check to:

Electronic Fund Transer

We offer Electronic Fund Transfer. This option automates your giving.
After filling out the form your tithe automatically be given.
You choose the frequency of giving, the amount to give, and which ministry will benefit from your gift.
“Money is an excellent gift of God, answering the noblest ends. In the hands of God’s children, it is food for the hungry, drink for the thirsty, raiment for the naked. It gives to the traveler and the stranger where to lay his head. By it we may be a defense for the oppressed, a means of health to the sick, of ease to them that are in pain. It may be as eyes to the blind, as feet to the lame; yea, a lifter up from the gates of death.” -John Wesley
