The purpose of the Children’s Ministry Team is to support the children at Fairview in their growth in the knowledge and love of God.

A member of the Children’s Ministry Team can contribute in a variety of ways:

Brainstorm new and fun ideas for how to support children and their families in getting to know and love God
Work with the Team Lead to plan Children’s Church curriculum and activities
Assist the children’s choir in practices and performances
Help to plan and direct children in seasonal drama performances: Nativity Play, Resurrection Play, etc
Serve as a second adult or substitute teacher during Children’s Church on Sunday mornings during the 10 AM worship service
Encourage multigenerational conversation during First Sunday Conversations with Kids (First Sundays of Every Month 9-10 AM)

In order to work with children and youth you must be Safe Gatherings Certified and covenant to uphold our Safe Sanctuary Policy.
