Room at the Inn Feb 14-19 Plan

As a church we are responsible for two weeks of food for Room at the Inn.  The first week is February 14-19th.  Here is our plan:

There are five ways to serve: donate snack food, cook and bake food, organize supplies, prepare the food in the afternoon, deliver food to the UU Church

To sign up call the church office at (573) 445-5391 or email the church office at office@frontyardchurch.org.  Our Office Administrator Suzett will manage the sign up lists.

Pick the ways you will serve and let Suzett know!

We need two (2) people to set up tables and organize supplies on Saturday, February 13 at 2:00 PM

We need three (3) people per day to pack food for delivery Sunday-Friday from 2:30-4:30 PM in church kitchen

We need one (1) person per day to deliver food to UU Church Sunday-Friday arrive at Fairview at 3:30 to have food to UU Church by 5:15 PM

We need 50-100 hardboiled eggs per day (with their shells still on packaged one per Ziploc bag with date boiled printed on front) 500 eggs in total for the week

We need 50 desserts (cookies or brownies, two per baggie) each night, 300 desserts in total

We need 10 dozen breakfast muffins for the week

Please have the food to the church by 2:00PM the day it will be served:

For Sunday February 14 we need seven (7) 9×13 pans of Ranch Chicken Casserole*

For Monday February 15 we will make sandwiches at the church from 2:30-4:30 PM

For Tuesday February 16 we need five (5) 9×13 pans of lasagna
Four (4) people to bring thirty (30) pieces of garlic bread 120 pieces of bread in total

For Wednesday  February 17 we need five (5) pot of chili enough to serve 10-12
Five (5) dozen Corn Muffins

For Thursday February 18 we need seven (7) 9×13 pans of Tuna Noodle Casserole

For Friday February 19 we need seven (7) 9×13 pans of Cowboy Casserole*
